	Touch screen display The touch screen display with its 16 million colours is an interactive system that allows you to intuitively control the Velvet oven functions by simply touching the appropriate symbol. An high-tech marvel that is extremely easy to use thanks to the "intelligence" of a software that allows you to set and customise programmes and diagnose possible operating errors. All this is available in your favourite language chosen out of the 8 at your disposal. Touch screen display with the following functions: child safety lock, interior lights, editing, manual functions, automatic functions, settings, door opening, start.

	Easy clean or stainless steel cavity and lining. The oven interior consists in a single, non-deformable body without visible welded parts, having a capacity of 65 litres. The interior surfaces, including the door and the baking trays do not have sharp parts or welded spots. The vitreous structure of the easy clean enamel makes the surfaces perfectly smooth so that cooking grease and oils simply slide off for easy cleaning. In some models the oven lining is entirely in 18/10 stainless steel that is extremely hygienic and has a particularly innovative design.

	Door interior entirely in glass The inside of the oven door is made from just one smooth, tempered glass surface that makes cleaning easier.

	Drop-down grill All Velvet ovens have a tilting grill that makes cleaning the top of the oven cavity as easy as possible.

	Telescopic oven rails Food and baking-pans are easier to handle and remove thanks to a telescopic rail system. A locking device at the end of the run makes this system safe.

	Temperature probe The temperature probe allows you to measure the temperature inside the food while cooking it without opening the oven door. Once the set temperature has been reached, a buzzer sounds and you can decide whether you want to continue the cooking process or stop.

Velvet has the touch of a great chef. And it does everything by itself.

1. Manual functions — Static oven, warming oven, browning oven, grill, fanned grill, fan assisted oven, rapid heat up, fan assisted multilevel oven, defrost function and keep warm function: 10 manual functions with programmable duration and stop.

2. Customised functions — The manual functions and their combinations can be memorised to form a list of customised modes including up to 36 recipes.

3. Automatic functions — In addition to the manual functions, 16 pre-set automatic cooking functions are available: simply choose your recipe and the relative cooking mode turns on automatically. There's enough to please anyone: pizza and bread, meat and fish, vegetables, flans, cakes.

4. Child safety lock — It locks display functions, preventing anybody for accidentally turning on or modifying the settings. This safety system is particularly useful when there are children at home.

5. Oven safety switch-off — It turns on automatically 4 hours after the manual cooking function starts, unless this function has been interrupted or modified. A buzzer sounds and, unless the user wants to continue the cooking, the oven switches off automatically to save energy and prevent overheating.

6. USB port — Exactly the same as the computer ones: the USB port allows you to easily update the software, to import and export recipes and load images to customise the touch screen display.

7. Self-diagnostics — In case of incorrect operation the cooking function stops automatically and the cause appears on the display and can be downloaded through the USB port and sent to the after-sales service to make repairs quickly.

8. Blackout memory — In case of a blackout, the system automatically saves the settings. If the oven was functioning, when the electric power supply is restored, the request to continue cooking manually appears on the display.
