Prestige will only collect personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, telephone no. or fax no. for the express purpose for which you provided the data (e.g. to process requests for information or brochures, to process orders or send out newsletters). This data is used to provide information and services which are tailored to your requirements and continually improve the quality of our offering. Your personally identifiable data will only be used within the Prestige group and by business partners who are commissioned by us to fulfil your requests. Prestige will exercise utmost diligence to protect your personal data. Thus, personally identifiable information which is collected while you browse our websites will always comply with Australian legislation.

30-day money back guarantee only applies to products purchased via either internet or phone.
A cancellation fee for up to 5% may apply.
In the case of faults or defects, the customer must first report the fault to PRESTIGE APPLIANCES (VIC) PTY LTD through normal communication channels (telephone, letter, fax, or email). In almost all cases the issue will be resolved immediately.
For example, if an appliance has been delivered to a customer and a control knob becomes loose during freight, Prestige will replace the knob and incur the associated freight and labour charges.
If the goods delivered differ from the goods purchased, PRESTIGE APPLIANCES (VIC) PTY LTD reserves the right to collect the incorrect item/s and replace them with the confirmed purchase/s.
In the unlikely event that a customer has contacted PRESTIGE APPLIANCES (VIC) PTY LTD and a suitable solution cannot be found, the customer may return the purchased goods for a full refund of the purchase price of the appliances, provided the following conditions have been adhered to.
Goods must be returned in the condition in, which they were delivered. The appliance/s and all associated materials that were purchased as part of the package must be returned in there original packaging and in their original state.
All original boxes, packaging, and material must be kept. Boxes other than the original ones supplied with the product are unacceptable.
Upon collection of the goods, the appliance must be packaged as it was at the time of purchase. For example, appliances must be packed in their original cardboard boxes along with the styrofoam packaging and any manuals and leads, which accompanied the appliance.
Any violation of the above terms and condition will deem the goods non returnable.
* Throughout this document “appliance” refers to the appliance in its entirely, including all associated materials that were supplied at the time of purchase.
