How to Order
Deposits can be made by using a credit card or by simply sending a cheque in the mail. Once your deposit has been received we will then await your delivery instructions.
Delivery Times and Areas
We usually request 7 working days notification to prepare stock however,
- Melbourne is same day delivery although; preparation may result in next day delivery
- Country Victoria takes 2 working days
- Sydney is usually overnight
- Country New South Wales, allow 2 days
- Brisbane deliveries take between 2 & 3 Days
- Adelaide is usually overnight
- Townsville 3 & 4 days
- Cairns, between 4 & 5 days
- Perth, 5 days
Shipments to all areas leave daily however, always allow us an extra day for us to prepare and pack shipping. All deliveries are subject to stock availability at the time.
As the timing of your kitchen installation may vary we suggest that you contact us at least 7 working days prior, so that we can adequately organize the delivery of your goods.
Pick Up
Any pick up from stores other than Oakleigh East or at Oakleigh East outside office hours 9 - 4pm Monday to Friday will require our customers to have a suitable vehicle and two men to assist or if we are busy to load themselves

Currently, throughout Australia we have in excess of one hundred agents.If required we will also use local service people as backup.

Important Notice
Please inspect this product upon receipt. Any damage or defects MUST be reported within 24 hours otherwise, no claim will be recognised.
